let me get this straight: KB catches the eye of the losers in Par so they promote her with barely any leadership experience to lead a sales force. It happens to be a joke of a team, Creo but still. So KB hires her sister who has zero sales experience to be a rep under her (in most pharma companies this would be a big no-no but this is a shithole so) miraculously this sister wins COE and every contest under the sun (I say this rolling my eyes). She then becomes DFT with one year of sales under her belt. Par leadership somehow gets reigns of Endo and they fire all the NSMs except the under qualified one, KB, who they basically promote to lead Agilis where she might be the least qualified amongst everyone--I mean the SSCs she's leading and now we come to find her sister just got moved over to Innovia! A major step up! Wow!!!!
It's sometimes hard not to be so negative, given all the sins of the past, but to pick on Par leadership is a bit of a narrow mindset. The reality is both of these individuals are pretty good contributors. Spend some time and get to know them, then judge. But it sounds as though its "sour grapes" for you.
That poor soul just got rejected.. that's all that post was about.... poor thing.. .. life goes on.. move on...
Shocked a company like Endo does not have anti nepotism rules. That's risky and sets a bad standard. I'm sure it doesn't end there.
Rejected? Nope. Doing very well, thank you. Really enjoy my job, accounts, and manager. Want it to stay that way but the current leadership doesn't understand any of those three so isn't this the place to vent? Why don't you get a life?
