    When you see who gets the promotions at this company, and who gets laid off due to contrived, unnecessary reorgs, its easy to see that decisions are based on personal politics, not merit. People who get promotions have history with DR. She bounces the two best Regionals, who were both here before her, and retains the two that she brought here. Merit or politics? Easy answers. I heard that one of them actually wanted to come back, God only knows why, and was told that they were hiring a "more qualified" candidate instead. False and insulting. Such a shame. Great product, meaningful mission, but poor management has created a toxic environment.

    Easy. Worked with DR at prior company, DR brings her here, DR takes care of her own. There are several AMs who EARNED a promotion, but they aren't in DRs circle.
