    Lab needed for a very high Medicaid facility. More than 200 samples a month in volume

    I heard Quest laboratories does a pretty good job. If you are trying to make a commission with other labs, it is not worth the effort. After 5 years in the industry, I can safely say now that it is game over.

    You have 90 days of straight Medicaid and then the patient is enrolled in a medicaid replacement plan like Caresource or Wellcare, capitated HMO plans contracted with quest or labcorp. No lab can help with these plans. Play that game and you will win stupid prizes.
