Here we go with another shitshow launch!!! Needing over 100 scripts for June when there is no coverage, 98% of EMR's still dont have it in their systems and 1/2 the pahrmacies only have the branded and/or dont have the generic linked as an ab rated. Please tell me how the F we are supposed to do this? And if this is before the "switch" what are goals going to be like after??? Repeat of PR where the national % to goal was 26% if we are lucky we will be there. Ashame because I actually have some docs excited for it. Way to fuck it up again Teva!!!
Are you delusional??! What did you expect? Are you not aware of how they have handled several (failed) launches, quota shifts (every quarter), hiring/firing ETC... over the past several years?? If you truly think that you are safe in your job and/or should "stick it out", you ARE delusional. This division is mismanaged and the products are bound to fail. Dishonest upper management and constant back stabbing. Please do yourself a favor and get out. The best decision I've made in my career is leaving this company on my own terms. Good luck.
Please tell me I'm not delusional... I have had at least 80% of AIRDUO scrips kicked back or not filled, no market access pull through on EMR, mis/non stocking of inventory at pharmacy level etc. What an ungodly waste of time. What is everyone else's experience here? Drilling some good doc relationships into the ground...
No worries about the EMR system. Fishy to the rescue. He will pull out that EMR handbook be spent so much time promoting. I believe it was that girly manager in Texas that created it. Remember that? WOW what great ROI that created for the RC launch. Old fishy was so concerned the other area's would get their hands on this silver bullet resource. Hey fishy fishy heres some news for you, NOONE cared about it including those in the west. Who in the west still has that handbook BTW? LOLOL!
