So who will pay the $750 licensing fee each year? The rep or the company?
What if your territory is 3/4 surburban and 1/4 Chicago? Do you have to pay the full amount?

How much do people figure the greedy City of Chicago will make each year from this creative tax? And exactly how will the city use this extra income?
And what type of extra administrative work must be done by the reps to keep track of all the data the city wants? Drug company people need a major protest! They need to get back at Rham. And they need to vote the democrats out!

Does the City of Chicago and Rahm know they are taxing the lowest level of employees in these companies? Many of these reps are in entry level jobs. Sure, large companies Pfizer, Merck, and GSK might pay the licensing fee. But what if you work for a contract firm like PDI and they don't want to pay? Or what if you work for a start up drug company and just took the job for experience -- and on top of everything else you the rep are stuck paying this fee?
Not all drug companies/reps are the same Rahm! Yet you are taxing them equally.
