I am fairly new to the company but with all of the recent changes and resignations I am starting to question my decision. This is not what I thought it was going to be. My income is steadily decreasing each month. What is going on? Seriously inquiries only please

You are woprking for a lab where your product offering is very limited. Its like opening up a shoe store but only selling one style of shoe. It might be the best amde pair of shoes but unless someone wants exactly that then you are screwed. Just consider all the other testing you are walking away from every day from PGx, Blood, Respiratory & Gastrointestinal Pathogen, Molecular Women's Health and Cancer Carrier testing. Sure some of those have restrictions on coverage but they do get covered and they pay well too. If you have a nice book of business I can assure you that you would also make tons more working for another lab too unless its all Federal.

It is an awesome company that values and shows their employees love!! To show you how much they care about us we hit a record high sample volume in the first QRT of 2017. Let me tell you what we got because it was awesome !

    1. No trip
    2. No extra bonus
    3. No raise
    4. No extra PTO
    5. No Soda
    5. No French Fries
    6. YES One - Chick Fil A sandwich, and I think they taxed it!!

It made me feel so good that I sent management a nice letter thanking them for inspiring me with the sandwich, and for the super nice card they printed on computer paper!! I signed it employees number 10987. I was going to sign my name, but I am known as employee #10987

The response only took two weeks, and was really nice except it came from someone else's manager!..

My motivation has been through the roof, and my employee health score only dropped 25 points!

Thanks for sharing your exuberance, and the sandwich!

So glad I left this shit show last year. What does it say when I was hired in a class of 12 or so reps and every one of us has since left?

They should have not given you anything. You set a record for sample volume, not revenue! Revenue is the only thing that matters you idiot!

Wow you’re rude, and you’re ignorant. If the managed care team wasn’t too stubborn or proud to come down on price negotiations maybe volume WOULD matter, “idiot”. Oh that’s right: that department quit, too.

When I interviewed, I was told that there were changes in management and processes. Any thoughts on how that's affecting the business?
