Does you company furnish you a cell phone? You are being tracked.

Does your company furnish you an IPAD or other electronic signature capture device? You are being tracked.

Does your company furnish any other computer or electronic device that you must have with you all day? You are being tracked.

Do you have a company furnished auto (especially a GM)? You are being tracked

Do you have a corporate card for gas only or a corporate credit card for lunches/expenses? You are being tracked.

It is what outside sales managers have wanted for years and they finally have several ways to do it. Most managers were major screw offs when in a sales territory. They got away with it and their paranoia that their reps are doing the same has driven them nuts for years!

The only good part? The field managers, product managers, anyone who is not in a cubicle all day can now be tracked fairly easily--and they are.

Yep. Those who want a cush job that pays well that allows you to screw around all day and lie about where you've been or what you've done - stay away from pharma. These times they are achangin'. Your daddy might have been able to work half days droppin' samples until noon and then head over to the gym, the beach or just go home and kick back. Those days are gone. Big brother's got you on his radar. You get caught lying or malingering on the job today and you're done. If you get fired from pharma try to find another sales job except for door to door outside sales on commission only.

I am very disgusted with Reptrax's lack of service. They are supposed to be keeping track of vendor credentials, but in fact they are not. They notify you the day of new requirements and won't let you login. Then they tell you it could take up to 4 days for them to enter your info into their computer system. In the meantime you cannot enter a facility and get your work done.

I have had so may problems with this company, it's pretty much just a joke!

I agree man this thing needs to die. I visit probably 200 to 300 hospitals every year multiple times throughout the year I have not only rep tracks to deal with but vendor mate and . These people are useless idiots set up by bureaucrats and must be dealt with. If my company didn't do background checks on or the necessary protocols like immunizations and Hippa law compliance. We would not have our contracts that we have. These vendor companies take up about a third of my day.
