He's been planning this all along. Pretends to try to help you all why setting you up. Friends like him who needs enemies. Would be a huge mistake for BV.

DV will run both or someone from

Hosmer. Anyone else would a disaster. He carried the bag, managed , led and isn't nearly as slimy as GM.

How about Saving the salary and use it for sales incentives to drive business. We currently have a disincentive to drive business because due to fear of getting shafted 6 months from now yet again.

You don't like the 6 month promotion to win a $200 watch or bracelet for killing your numbers? That doesn't motivate you? Now we know why JA is gone. Bring back AD.

Based on many accounts, JA didn't seem to care what many employees thinked. What explains the quota changes made in a vacuum?? Apparently the guy didn't learn anything when the 2016 comp plan disaster lead to top performers leaving the company and hurting the company turnover percentage.

I'd be curious if there was padding of his bonus potential at the expense of over performing reps getting quoted out of commissions. That would be immoral.

That would be the historical (past 3 years), BV way. Lots of former reps selling genvisc850 and orthofix products. Going to sell another HA myself. It's been fun but time to go. I wish you all well.
If you're considering staying , ask yourself, what official and written advancement plan has been created for you, what are the objective metrics to meet, who is the leader/mentor accountable to help you reach those metrics and finally, if that person fails you, what officiall avenues do you have to keep them accountable. If you have answers to that , then you're a better rep than I and have more P clubs and q buster years than I. But I doubt it. Again, I wish you all well.

I don't think you get it. BV does not care if you leave or stay. The days of making serious money here are long gone. This is a stepping stone to get in real medical device. This is no longer a place for tenured reps, unless its your side job. It is what it is, so deal with it or leave.

Sure, new hires with little experience have load so Bioventus doesn't want you. That's been a winning formula and profitable. 98% to quota for tenured reps per a CC versus Less than stellar results for the less experienced.
