This is what happens when we rush shit out to the reps. This is going to be a nightmare! Now we have to cross out and handwrite phone numbers? Really?? You are making us look like idiots! This is not a good start folks.

Troll alert?! You obviously either work at corporate or have zero relationships with your physicians and they haven't bothered to try or don't call you when there's problems. Here's the issues

1.theres a bottleneck if they call they may not receive a live person or get a call back

2.if the GEP person can't find a pharmacy they turn the patient away

    3. Patient CANT the medicine. Period. Done. Shire has failed on every level

    4. Doctors are getting irate calls from patients or have zero idea their patients can't get it becuae their patient heard nothing from GEP And are continuing to take whatever medicine they hve leftover until they see the doctor next

5.patienrs have to be 18 so their parents cannot handle anything for them so college kids or seniors in high school are tasked with getting these inept GEP people to deliver

    6. Once again thanks for destroying customer relationships , tasking the sales force win the impossible and promising all of this money then botching tHe whole thing

    7. I thought the company couldn't get any further or a low but it has happened . This leadership is the laughing stock of all of pharma

Even if you are a troll who cares. Corporate needs to know from the field the real honest truth about the problems we are experiencing and not just some "yeah it's fine, we'll work through the kinks" nonsense:

Drug is not in e-prescribing systems. Not every doc is comfortable writing a paper script and in certain states everything has to go through e prescribing. Vendor is not calling offices helping them get it in their system as was promised to the field. Offices STILL do not have it in their systems and have not received calls from the vendor. Not everyone uses the same e-prescribing system so one major company uploading it only helps half of my kit docs. The others have essentially taken it into their own hands to try to upload due only to my relationship with them and their staff that I have built of several years.

Wrong phone #. Need I say more. Crossing out and handwriting in a phone number, though the only solution at the time, looks unprofessional and literally had my top doc laughing at the ineptitude.

The myriad of logistical miracles that need to take place for the patient to actually get on therapy. Don't throw away the kit box-you need the # on it. Enroll while in the Doctors office. Don't send the script until patient enrolled and the pharmacy located has initiated contact with the preferred pharmacy. Then send the script or drop off the paper script to the pharmacy after that point. Really???? I told one of my top psyches this and and they looked at me like I was an idiot! They said no, I will send the script when I normally do. I don't have time to go through all of these hoops, you said this was an easy program (easy as 1,2,3 according to our marketing pieces). I know we are trying to do everything we can to avoid problems down the road, but I can't force my docs to remember every little step to make this go perfectly when they are used to doing it a certain way and are seeing dozens of patients each and every day. There's just so much that has to go perfectly in order for a patient to actually get on therapy.

Running around to pharmacies to put out fires and clear up misunderstandings. Asking them to call hotlines that give clueless info. Spending time with enrolled docs helping them get the patient on therapy that enrolled. Following up with enrolled docs to make sure they enroll patients and are doing it EXACTLY as WE need it done or it could be a nightmare and a patient lost.

Tying an IC plan to the crazy system.

I expected this to be more work and to have some kinks along the way. It's launch. Anybody who expects perfection is clueless. But this??? This is a debacle and I'm doing everything I can to just keep my docs positive and enthusiastic right now and to maintain these relationships. Essentially that means I'm running all over my territory like a maniac trying to handle all the problems and avoid them where it may be possible.

THIS! Yes we can't even focus on vyvanse or make OBU calls due to running around dealing with this drama all day long. DO you think this will help us at launch time ? I so agree I knew there'd be kinks but this is incredible . All of this coming off months and months of nation not hitting goal and now you repay the sales force with this ? Thanks for destroying our credibility and embarrassing us in the field . We can ask for zero favors ever again from these doctors including making this launch successful . Shire should be ashamed. A once great admirable company run into the gutter by these BandL idiots . I loved it here for so long now I have no choice but to seek other opportunities. I will not stand for my credibility being taken from me when I execute something and the company cannot even bother to deliver correctly . Think of the patients if you don't give a crap about your sales force

Posted by someone who isn't dealing with any issues because they can't even execute the program enough to get a doc to give a kit then discover the shit show this program is

And there you have it folks....KC just sent the good ole trust the process email with zero mention of the garbage we've been dealing with. He's so inspiring ! Id also love to know if any of the patients who are on therapy were anything but the result of reps fighting on the phone with these GEP morons and putting out fires all day .

in over ten years here we've never had a more incompetent leadership team . It's insane they have jobs still . Just shows Fleming and perry have instructed them to keep goals unattainable . The best is when KC gets on stage and gets mad if we don't clap enough (customer maintenance debacle). Dude if no one is cheering it means you've lost sales force: look within

Apparently Mark & Kevin are applying pressure to the ZD's & RD's. They are not happy about the lack of patient enrollment. What a joke. They need a reality check.

Patient enrollment is not the problem. Patients getting Mydayis is the problem. Their own numbers show that far less than half the enrolled Have not received their virtually free medicine. These fools must now understand that the problem lies with the company that they contracted with to make it as EASY as 123.
As doctors hear from their initial patients about problems not being able to get Mydayis - do you really think they are enthusiastic about placing more kits?
Enrollment will suffer more now that word is out about the problems fulfilling the RX for the patients enrolled.

The ZD's have nothing to do with it

Xiidra launch failed// Mydayis launch off to a bad start. You can only blame the sales force so much at some point the small part of the pyramid must accept responsibility

    no one cares about KK
All these new posts on old KK threads are a deliberate attempt to keep the real issues like GEP debacle buried in lower threads. Further proof that our home office fools spend more time looking at this then resolving problems
