Question- can my manager be contacting my partner about his sales numbers when he is on medical leave?
NOPE! But it doesn't seem to stop some managers from reaching out. Your partner doesn't need to respond. I know managers were allowed to reach out during layoffs to let us know if we were cut or not though.
