Heron Layoffs

Here comes round 1 of layoffs. Stand by your phones. This place is getting even worse. How can that be possible? New leadership, Umm that's a joke.

 

Why would there be layoffs now? Didn't you just launch not long ago?

 

We will look at the sales guys with the lowest contribution, and they'll get the chop. No different to anywhere else. Go and freeload somewhere else, we want people who can covert the leads.

 

I haven't had a call, no 1 Ive spoken 2 has either.

 

By creating more levels does not solve the issues this company has. if you know anything about our leader it's time to get out if you can. I hear from my RBD 6 people will get put on performance plans or given a package. Heron does not care about you or your family. All they care about is selling this place so they can get richer.

 

I was told the calls will be coming tomorrow after they pretend they are actually interviewing for these so called new positions. I also heard these jobs were pre picked and decided.

Hearing another round of layoffs are coming end of August to cut costs before going bankrupt. Big bird was all bullshit. We should have known as Rob Rosen and the leadership team have no clue how to run a company.

 

I heard that too. I'm glad I got my accounts to buy in.

 

Of course the place is falling apart. For everyone who RR ever treated like shit, he's getting his karma. Sick bastard. He thought he was going to make tons of money and retire. ABMs will be replaced by RAMs per Rob and the new direction. Run!!! We are being told lie after lie and my mgr can't even support this anymore. We will not get the luxury of being laid off like the non performers.

 

We are all being replaced because that's what happens when we go bankrupt.

 

Its official, I just got confirmation from my supervisor that layoffs will most likely happen end of Sept or first few weeks in October and severance pay will be through December 29th.
