    Abbott is officially putting their stamp on SJM. It sounds like SJM folks are in the dark as to what/when/how things such as product lines as far as who is going to carry what are going to shake out. It sounds as though that has started and now Abbott folks are going to be carrying SJM products while the SJM folks are left with... not much. Maybe they'll get a discount on Similac.

    Apparently, benefits (401k, stock program, pension, insurance, etc.) and daily expenses (phone, car, etc) are a big question as well as SJM folks are running 'as is' under SJM's programs but have little info on the transition to Abbott's programs.

    You are absolutely correct!!! Good riddance! Abbott needs to drop the hammer and completely get rid of the old SJM guard that is entrenched at all their sites.

    New blood is needed and a total transfusion is a must. Fresh ideas and new leadership are needed immediately!
