I've never got invoked in this drama of cafe pharma... but had to with this company. I've been with 2 other companies before Radius, and have NEVER had a manager who is CLUELESS to specialty pharmacy. She's a control freak for one, was hired by her "friend" and that's why this company will go to crap. I believe someone said it before... they're seriously clowns running the show. Welcome Jesper... he's been in Wayne this week probably wondering what the hell he got hisself into... or how he's gonna fix it. I'm on the verge of reporting my manager to HR for her crap.

 

That is what happens when you hire people who aren't qualified to lead, and this company has a shit load of these people.

Would do no good to report her. Those above her are her buddies. When you have no life/family/kids around, you have lots of time to kiss butt and micromanage. I can't even stop and use the restroom without being questioned about where I was that day. It's ridiculous.
