Now that you've almost fired everyone. Take care of the reps.

In the true spirit of NG ..if you go sell 2 total ankles and a X-Fix per month everyone will hit there metal numbers. ;)

Real reps sell metal. Order takers sell skin.....

Yea your reps do such a good job selling metal. Then why do they feel the need to use competitive orthopedic companies distributors to sell your products.

because you can't sell a total ankle and the need is for "real" Orthopedic reps not skin order takers to sell to F/A MD's.

Guys that stupid. Just like you. Distributors w Integra don't know jack about total ankles. Or total wrists. They o my babe the line for the skin. And really are a lot of "ortho guys" doing ankles. Maybe orthopods ortho foot and ankle but not a ton by any means. Drink some more of that consultant Kool aid. Not an easy conversion by any means

So the way things are trending, this could get bad. Overpaid third party consultant hear this: your best reps are your recon reps compared to useless woundcare and doofus rbl jabronis. You would be wise to take care of the full line guys who actually have relationships and tenure. Also, do you really think any of these top performing guys are going to hang around if you stick them w metal only bags? W this stuff? Don't be naive. Your woundcare team is awful and they are lucky enough to have the easiest gig in the business

Stop the trash talking and be lucky your comp plan is so generous. Upper management will weed out the fat from the territory's with large burn centers where reps collect orders. Please please don't tell me you have relationships. You might have the relationship with the purchasing clerk that sends you the PO but not with the surgeons. Everyone knows the general/burn surgeon doesn't use a product because of the rep rather if it saves their patients life. If you rep leave they will continue to use Integra because it's the best product in the business. It's not because of the rep.

    So general.
The good/tenured/smart reps don't have burn centers. Don't you know this. Why don't your highest paid and most tenured reps have a burn center??????
Managing their orders from Susan from purchasing so that they hit quota with small and mid size sheets.
Reps are making too much. Time to get serious about outpatient.
Target those who are making over 130k. Time for you to go. Nothing will save metal.

If you don't like Integra and the metal bag or any of the products or what is happening then leave....

Ask your Tier2-Tier4 reps. Best comp plan in the industry hands down. If you don't think so then leave- your a representative of the company you shouldn't be negative about any of the products. No one is forcing you to stay.....
