I would like some information about the environment at Thermo FIsher and compensation. Would you please be so kind, to share with me some of the pros and cons of working at TF selling IC? Approx base salary with lots of experience? PTO, Car information?
Any details are much appreciated. Thank you,

What division? 5this thread is specifically for Immunodiagnostics as it used to be the phadia thread. Thermo bought phadia a few years ago.

That said, if you are talking about IDD, it is a cesspool with cancerous leadership.

I've never seen anything like this in my career! You are docked 'guaranteed new hire commission' based on your scores on tests in training in which you are set up to fail. This is not brain surgery, it's an allergy test!!! They're complicating the crap out of it and that's why sales are down. The leadership is absolutely clueless. And they continue to lose good people and not care. They hire reps with good experience and then treat them like babies. Never experienced anything like this.. not in large companies or small. Someone needs to figure out what's going on... complete lack of effective, motivating leadership.

If you can't pass these simple tests in training, let's be honest, you should not be working here. Maybe McDonalds? It's not a guarantee. The new hire bonus is based on actually doing some work. Know that is tough for you to stomach, but true. Please leave. We don't want you.

Please don't pretend like you are in some elite sales job where only the best of the best have been selected. You are towards the bottom of the food chain in healthcare sales.

Apply for a position with TF Immunodiagnostics US if you don't want a career, prefer weak raises for performing above the crowd, enjoy cronyism and love to butt kiss. You must want to work for an organization which is a poster child for cult-like political correctness.

Don't waste your time. Top 2% of representatives make $60,000 in bonus and for one year. Lots of turnover here. You can do better.

That's the point you dolt. The current female leaders won't hire or promote women according to the accusations. So it would make sense that most of the managers would be men.

You know what, you're right. Don't listen to the facts. Take the job and then make sure you come back to reply to this thread so you can tell me I was right.
