exactly, used to sell Actiq and all the use was in low back pain and neuropathic pain, not one Oncologist used it only greedy pain docs who were speakers like Guarino in St. Louis, Mo surprised that more opiod naïve pts did not die from Actiq due to respiratory depression anyone on Fentanyl for long period will become physically addicted
