    Why did Merz hire MN? He is incompetent and hires /promotes incompetent people? Bob R please save us from this idiot! He values the sound of his toastmasters voice rather than the team that created all those ordering accounts. He will soon lose key people and lots of businees because no one respects him. Why does he have so many problems with his team? Watch how fast Man tries to move this post. Any current or former members please join in so he is exposed .

    BR please save the neuroscience division and get rid of mr. toastmaster. Look who he hired and had to fire in his short tenure.You do not need a national sales director when you only have 26 tbms. Dont you have an mba?
    Your company survey was a joke. ask some real questions and you will get real answers to the toxic corporate culture. Good luck dealing with the family. LOL

    Not sure if this Bob guy even knows we have a neuroscience division. The Neuroscience side is clearly the red headed step child, wouldn't doubt he tries to sell us off and focus soley on aesthetics.

    I thought neuro was up 23% or so? If all the other divisions are dropping like a rock why focus your efforts on the winner? Hopefully we sell off ulthera. 60% of the machines we sold last year were returned!

    Given the overdue GB change I think he probably does. I haven't met him, but have heard good things from people that have worked with him in neuro so far. You should Check in with some of the managers and people in raleigh. The guy seems to know it well enough to know our sales team doesn't have a clue how to pull-through big reimbursement wins!

    BS, good stuff going on and getting better. Don't listen to the naysayers who profess to know the future and are disgruntled ex employees. what pharma company doesn't end up getting sold? That's always a question of when for any company.,

    Adding a few reps is not noteworthy especially considering the amount of unwanted turnover that had occurred. Hope the changes work out and we move ahead. Less negative bs on CP and more focus on business would be an improvement.
