If Dave Ricks approves creating a new sleeve for a thirty year old drug he will get sent packing before Thanksgiving. I think Bari'stas should expect an opportunity to post for any openings within the company under the standard "reallocation" verbiage. Some will stay some will be gone. Good luck with all that since I'm betting the ever shrinking severance packages will once again take a hit.

This is splendid news. It would be a wonderful (and challenging!) opportunity to re-launch this life changing human growth hormone product! So glad Lilly management is looking out for the Bari reps and doing all they can to keep Lilly's best of the best sales professionals. It would be very poor business sense to get rid of Lilly best sales force. Such good news to start this beautiful weekend. I wish all of our wonderful Lilly fathers a Happy Father's Day! You make a difference and we would not be the wonderful company we are without all you wonderful Dads!!! Especially I would like to wish our fabulous leader well wishes for this special day. Happy Father's day Mr. Ricks and thank you for keeping the Bari reps and your great leadership. The Bari Sales force will not let you down and will make you very proud and show you what great salespeople we are! We respect you very much and pray for your leadership.

You're actually trying to be funny or seriously need to adjust your meds.

Let the joy spread until you smile. Why Debbie Downer ? Life is too short to let every day seem gray. This week I'm switching over to the build to 4th of July. Have you thought about bringing something new into your offices ? I have star spangled cookies for this week. Getting folks to think about celebrating and freedom are two great ways to elevate sales. Next week I'll wear a sparkly necklace that ALWAYS catches an eye and helps folks feel the excitement build toward the fireworks that are only a few weeks away. All right sour puss. Stop that negative energy. Take three days and trying bringing a smile - the only thing you have to lose is your grumpy face.

The delay with Bari is now four years. It's not logical to keep this sales force running with only a potential PSA indication for Talz. We will be restructured by October.

Bari reps, do not worry! People will try and make you scared but don't let them do it. If you do, you let them win and Bari reps are much stronger than that. We were selected because we are the best of the best and my manager told me that Lilly will find a place for us and not to worry. We are to valuable to let go and if Lilly should let go of anyone they should let go of the market managers and Oncology sales reps. We all know neither of those two groups do anything and if there are to be cuts they should be the ones cut. The oncology rep in my area doesn't do anything but does more than the market manager so if anyone should be cut it should be them. I heard that we Bari reps will help promote Taltz and help the Taltz reps have a better launch. Don't forget Bari reps that we are the best of the best and Lilly will find a place for us so don't get stressed and listen to others trying to scare you. I have lots of people praying for us so don't worry, it is in God's hands and He will take care of us. You are all valuable and will not be let go so hopefully if they do make cuts it will be with the overpaid market managers and oncology sales force.

First of all, learn English. It should read, "too valuable to let go..."

Second, Oncology reps CAN'T do anything. Why throw good money after bad?

Third, please stop with this mythical God nonsense. Intelligent and rational people do not need to worship some invisible man up in the sky who knows everything you do every minute of every day, who has this list of 10 things he does not want you to do, and if you violate any of those things, he has this special place filled with fire and smoke where he will send you to burn and suffer forever and ever. But, he loves you! He loves you and he needs money. All powerful, all seeing, but he can't handle money. Religion doesn't pay a dime in taxes, but it always needs a little more money.

Bari reps need to understand there is no Bari and will not be a Bari for at least another three to four years. It's time to let the drug go. I encourage all of you to read the full Q2 earnings transcripts where DR takes questions from Wall Street analysts of what the path forward for Bari looks like. It's long, thorny, and whindy....... DR also admitted that they're delaying the Bari phase 3 trials for PSA until they understand what the trial design of the new FDA mandated RA study looks like. I don't care how "good" you are but no company will "hold" a salesforce in place for three to four years for a drug that may or may not be approved.

Hopefully you can move to Neuroscience where you can sell the new migraine drug as Talz for PSA will have a limited market potential without a RA indication. If anything, they might use your connections to launch PSA with Rheums and then downsize the division as you don't need a dedicated sales force selling PSA to Rheums. The division will eventually be downsized. Count on it.

All this discussion about a path forward for Bari is DR telling Wall Street what it wants to hear. The reality is there is no competitive path forward for Bari. A 3 year delay means that 2 more JAKs, both JAK 1 specific, will already be on the market This makes Bari fourth to market. Add the unknown nature of these DVT side effects, and it won't be prescribed even if it does get approved.

Don't let anyone lie to you. Without a Bari RA approval there is no Bari AS, PsA, Lupus, etc.

Don't really care one way or the other. I say it during the holidays without a second thought. It is quite easy knowing that it is the intersection of at least two mythological traditions. If you ever want to have a good time, spend a Christmas or two in a Muslim country. Now that's entertainment.

If I was a bari rep I would sacrifice a goat or two. Their only hope

These reps need to move on. They won't sell Bari as Lilly will probably never release it. Too much money and time for a drug with limited market potential. So many other options will be available once and if the drug comes out.

You obviously know nothing about this disease state. Talz will do just fine with "just" a PSA indication. The market for PSA is huge- not as big as RA but they are two totally separate diseases. Not having an RA indication will have no bearing if Rheums write Talz- they aren't having problems writing other drugs in our class that just have a PSA indication.

The ignorance on this board is amazing. The Bari reps will end up promoting Talz in Rheum for PSA. Some Derm reps will be reallocated. Everything is fine.

You don't need a full RA-sized team to support a PsA launch.

1-2 reps per territory easily. Stick to hitting your call plan and frequency...let the smart people worry about how many reps we need for a billion dollar blockbuster launch.
