New fleet policy - thanks for screwing me out of my raise!

    I can understand going to all hybrid cars to save on fuel, but $100/month to have it on top of the $70 we already pay each month. Now we get to pay $170 for crap cars with horrible pick up and no space. Awesome! (BTW: I understand the value we get from having a company car)

    It's just at one time, this was a benefit to working for Astellas. Sorry Steve, this blows. I can't wait to see what else is taken in the spirit of APEX. October is going to be awesome.

    Look at least it isn't a car allowance. Gas/insurance is still paid. These could both change in the future. This is a time of cutting expenditures. Be glad it isn't you getting cut.

    It really is a sad day when they give you a small merit increase and then take another $1200 out of your pockets. Also a joke when they ask us to shop for gas prices and then you have these AD's and RSM's
    jet setting all over the place to work with reps for a day. Not to mention the cost of their expensive hotels.
    They could reduce the RSM's by 2/3 and cut monthly ride alongs to bi-monthly. Then you would see some cost savings. The micro-managing isn't cost effective nor necessary.

    How about we cut out the worthless POA meetings, sending me yellow socks, countless fedex overnight packages, coffee cups etc its all crap o dont need or want!! Instead you choose to nickle and dime your people what a fkn joke! This place stinks and they are so out of touch w their people!
