If Neocutis is going to grow we need more free product for our accounts. We need to supply their internet business if we want them to sell Neo to their patients. This is how it used to be done before we were Merz

It depends on where you are coming from. It’s a good product line but declining fast and they are testing contract sales reps. These are good insights to gather if you Interview

Neocutis is a good line of products and still a player in the market. If there’s an opportunity, it would be worth looking at.

All these posts must be coming from former employees.

All brands are ALL moving in the right direction. Leadership has a vision. Everyone hitting goals. Corporate culture is stable, maybe even very good dependent on sales unit. As a whole employee retention is great, there have been handful of folks that left but isolated reasons. PDS and Neocutis have some reasons to gripe for sure, I believe the company is still trialing strategies with some hiccups how to properly position and align these sales units properly.
I will follow Patrick Urban without hesitation!

Without question, Merz is the only place I would want to be within Aesthetics nowadays. Period!

Please enlighten me, what am I missing? I must be just drinking the corporate tea but maybe I am missing the disappointments from your perspective.
