Of course they won't pay you. You are shafted. Just move on and know you worked for one of the worst companies out there. It only gets better from here.
You have to stay thru the end of the quarter to be paid for the quarter. Example: Work thru June 30th, leave the company July 29th, you will receive the 2nd quarter payout when they pay the bonus to everyone in mid/late August. You would not receive it before the rest of the company, but you would receive it, even after you left the company.
