What have your experiences with customer service been like? I am lucky if my order goes to the right state! So many mad customers! There is the occasional diamond in the rough that bailed me out before.

It's terrible. And what's worse is that no one cares enough to improve this department.

I heard their manager just left on Friday. The cs people have a bad attitudes, lazy and generally don't care about the customers that pay their bills or us that go out and make the money for the company. My customers complain about them all the time and it costs me sales.

Either start over fresh with a new team or bring back Tom M who like many others left for greener pastures.

Send specifics when you get complaints to PU and BR - I did to BR over email and it got handled right away

How about sending it to the person who is responsible. I am sure JP would like a chance to handle it and earn his keep.

when the CS dept was in Wisconsin - you had great customer service. Several of the CS agents had been working there since the company started.
Moving everything to NC was an absolute mistake. Thank Humphries and his stupid minions for that. MORONS
So many good and talented people are gone due to the move to NC. Who wants to live in that awful place with no work ethics? What a darn shame so many good ones jumped shipped or were erroneously discarded. .
