Well what do you know.....more reps from Patterson have taken the express train out of town. There were two top tier reps who just resigned and could not take it anymore. As time goes on the good reps are beginning to see the downward spiral that Patterson is experiencing. More and more people are realizing the bad leadership at the top as well as some of the regional "presidents" (LOL). They cannot keep branch managers, equipment sales are down, the service departments are not able to service customers because of lack of experience.
Phoenix branch....people walked out. Chicago branch....most of the sales force left, Atlanta, California, Minnesota, Michigan....what is next for this once wonderful company? The arrogant clowns that are in charge....yes the board of directors, Misiak, Rogan, Gugino should all be replaced. Poor Jim Wiltz was asked to come back to salvage what is left at this once wonderful company....good luck Mr Wiltz. The one thing you should begin with is to fire the 3 clowns mentioned above. The only thing they seem capable of is to ruin a company that cared for their employees and the customer. These clowns have drained the well. Too bad they tried to change the dynamic of this company and industry. If they had any brains they would realize they are not bigger than the industry and the only thing they have left is their arrogance. My opinion...they are not capable of managing a 7-11 much less a company like Patterson.

What reps? Which branch? Did they leave dental? Who'd they defect to? Agreed on all points above but to much blame is being placed on the regionals. The GMs that remain save a few are just as feckless. Stock shit itself again today down 2.33%. Where's bottom? And is it possible to ever get back? First answer a lot lower... second answer not with the current board, and leadership from regional on up... most GMs need to go to. Just because a branch is profitable doesn't mean the GM is a good one. Time to be critical of all leadership not just the asshats in MN.
