    Wait till you get a load of this one! Her arrogance is only superseded by her lack of accomplishment and total bullshit. Runs before her f-ups come to fruition.

    She harsh, demeaning and rude. Not sure how she ended up in a leadership position. Mass exodus to come under her helm.

    Great, so we can continue to have her snap her fingers and clap at us like we are dogs when she addresses us ... and talk down to us. Super that’s my favorite way to be addressed. So much for professionalism and a respectful culture. Pretty sure that professionalism, respect and culture were of the key points made on our ATJ call with Leadership this week.

    Not everything needs to be perceived as a threat in order to lead. That’s not leadership.

    There will be an upper management meeting for 2 days beginning Nov. 29. One main topic will be management relations with the sales force. Things should be "out in the open" and discussions about ALL topics will be targeted. Please give us a chance to satisfy your concerns!

    Hate for you to have to break character here Jermaine, but you’re getting too sloppy. She’s not in sales, so your post makes no sense.

    Don’t misunderstand, I’ve greatly enjoyed the shtick over the past decade, but you need to do your research to maintain the same impact. Perhaps developing a new character who oversees Market Access might get you back on track.

    I know you can do better and I look forward to your correction of this oversight.
