I'm new to this company, do they have a consistent bonus payout schedule each quarter or do they pay out when they feel like it? So Sept, Oct, Nov sometime.... Just wondering.
Despite what some people will say, our bonuses are paid out consistently every 3 months (give or take a week). The date for our Q2 payout is currently posted.
