Yeah, so if you read this, some guy sued because he was fired. When he was promoted into his new position at GSK his territory was in the top 17% and he rode it all the way down to tied for last. And he says he was "unjustly fired." And sued. Sounds like a piece of bad luck for JoJo. I'd never hire that guy, however.
