Why so much turnover?

    Why is the Chicago NAM RBM gone ?

    They encourage management abusing the reps
    No one wants to stay at this poor excuse of a company

    Teaching - Pushing- Threatening the
    NAM's to sell Nuedexta off label
    Because Avanir wants bigger numbers

    My manager is doing the same plus with
    The CEO threatening the fire you if you
    Don't attain their unrealistic quotas

    Now is the time to blow the whistle on the
    Illegal and unethical practices of the worst pharmaceutical company on the planet

    Call the reporters and let them know what's happening here at Avanir

    The CEO that's been here 9 days
    and doesn't know anything about
    Neurology is threatening managers
    and reps, attain goals or your fired ?
    And you wonder why there's off label
    selling here smh
    With so much pressure here reps
    and managers will do anything to
    keep their jobs.

    Many NAM's and PNAM's will
    Be leaving very soon
    Can't get out of this place quick enough!!

    Most quotas are unacceptable for
    Over half of the sales force
    especially for Onzetra

    You are wrong! Avanir's goal is to get you to quit! And to replace you with someone who makes $70-90K in base salary! This place is for PCP reps!

    How many reps in the company
    do you think make bases over
    $115K ? , I bet only 20 or so ,
    probably the older reps who have
    been in pharma 15+ years
    probably most those in LTC
    or Neuro divisions, Psych division
    seems to be younger reps and
    of course LASERs makeing 30-40K

    It will be nice to join a company that respects and values their sales people
