Heard from someone high up in ARD (whom I trust), that they just heard that RL in Hospital is planning on changing the format from our recent Maui incentive, for Punta Mita. Hearing that PC and TE are urging him to cut first class, make us use fking meal tickets for f&b (on a budget?? What the fuck, are we children at school punching cards for cafeteria meals??), and reducing activities, no gifts, etc. So essentially, they'll put a small amount on a ticket/card, and then once it runs out, everything else is out of our own pockets. No expensing allowed. Who the fuck are these guys? Why does CC get a say as to how the entire Hospital PClub trip is done? Who's keeping this sinking ship afloat..it's PCLUB WINNERS. Why the hell do they ask us to fill out these surveys when Leadership doesn't intend to read them or incorporate the responses?? The fact that the planners and staff were the only ones reading prior survey responses to improve future trips, compared to Leadership, is sad. I KNOW my team all raved about the Maui trip. My spouse and I have never had a better trip or experience. That Maui trip was the first time I ever truly felt valued here. It was first class all the way. I never had to reach for my wallet for anything the entire time I was there. In fact, when I checked out, I had a zero balance on my hotel folio, after staying a full week. Of all the useless, shitty, nonsense meetings we have throughout the year that we could save money on by making some of them virtual or cutting some all together, they choose to cut funding for the PCLUB??!!??!! It only proves what the engagement survey has said all along..Leadership is not to be trusted, and they DO NOT value those who are helping their business the most.

Oh and by the way, this person in ARD also said that no way in hell will HO agree to that, which means ARD will continue receiving the 1st class experience, while Hospital gets the "economy" experience. Maybe our air carrier will be Soul Plane. Fuck Tards!! I'm out of here. I'm sure a multiple pclub winner will be of value for any other company in Pharma, despite the MNK designation on my resume. I encourage any pclub winners from Hospital or CC to bring this to Ron, and TE directly, and push them for answers. If he acknowledges this in any way, then take it to MT. No way he or wifey want to go on "cheap" trips. He may be a douche, but he appreciates the ppl bringing in the revenues way more than these ass clowns running the continuously sinking ship that is Hospital.

For anyone in Hospital who hasn't won a pclub yet, but thinks they are on target to win for 2018, and for repeat winners - unfortunately you're getting the shaft for 2018. 2017 PClub will be the highest bar the company will ever provide. It will only go down from here on out.

Hospital doesn't value PClub winners. So sad.

I'm sorry to tell you this, but it's no surprise (and was inevitable). The Leadership here are nice to each other face to face, but trash each other behind their backs. If they can't even keep it together at that level, there's no doubt the dysfunction would trickle down to the field and how they get treated. I was also on the Maui trip and agree with you 100%. I've been on 4 PClub trips with this company, and that was by far the best. I just had a feeling it was too good to last. MNK Leadership can't stand for people to be successful and happy in the workplace. Especially since they are so miserable. And you know what they say......misery loves company.

Grow up! No company but this one pays for business class seats for PC. Don't you have something more important to fuss about? How selfish! Some people have lost loved ones or children and all your sorry asses at here can worry about is whether your flight next year will be business or not? You better start praying that that is the worst thing that can ever happen in your sorry life!

That's actually not true. I came from Merck and they allowed first class, as I suspect Lilly, Glaxo and other big Pharma does, to retain their top talent. It's one of the most coveted, prestigious awards to win......why cheapen it? While I understand your latter point, those things happen whether this person complains or not. You don't get to determine what is important or not important in a person's life. Just because he or she hasn't lost a child or family member doesn't mean how they feel doesn't matter. You better pray karma doesn't come after you for showing ignorance & judgement towards others.

I think you are missing the OP's point. It's not just about first class. It's about what was an all expenses covered trip now becoming partially-barely covered. I'm not sure if you have ever won one of the trips here, but they are great. To you I may sound selfish, but there is more to it than that. To become a pclub winner requires a lot of work, travel, and time away from my wife & kids. The company pushes us to do more and more each year. I do it because I love my job, but also because I knew the company would make those sacrifices worth while for not only me, but my family too. It's a reward for all of us. When I make all these sacrifices and then the company tells me I'm now paying more out of my own pocket for my "reward trip" that I earned, that not only takes away from me, it also takes away from my family attending with me. It used to be the higher the risks, the harder you worked, the greater the reward. Now it feels like we're better off just getting the monetary value of the trip and we'll make our own dream vacation.

To become a President's club winner in ARD requires plenty of kickbacks ,off label promotion and too many compliance violations to count,of which Malli turns a "blind eye". This also includes over 90% of the sales force in every division. Disgusting!

We don't need to break rules in ARD. Remember there is SO much business we are not getting, SO much potential..... Hahahahahahaha

If Trudeau goes on this trip, I will make up an excuse not to go and just take the $s. I just can't stand looking at his pompous face and pretending he cares about the sales force. What a poser he is!!

you people need to grow up. you get paid and part of that money covers the bs you deal with.
its 9-5. if you are disappointed in yourselves because you arent the success you hoped to be so be it.
dont blame mnk for your shortfall. we are all too old to pretend that mnk is somehow cheating us from doing something special here or anywhere else.

It's the only place they can afford due to the "stellar job" they've been doing with running this company and providing value to their stockholders.
