New RBM in New England

will be interviewing for rep position and understand this manager was recently promoted from a rep in the region. Typically a very bad move that yields failure. Thoughts on new manager? Worthwhile to interview? Honest replies only please.

was AR the previous RBM if so did she get promoted or did she leave

 

who is the rep that was promoted what state does she live in

 

old RBM was a joke almost left because of her
no business being a manager
wonder how she got job in first place

 

Manager was a micro manager to say the least
caused more problems that you can imagime
