    Prediction:
The condensing of departments in house is the first step. One region disbanded split and added to two others.

I predict there will be more of same and I know nothing. We have managers that have 6-9 people. They should have at least 10-12.

First they announce a Hiring freeze with only imperative positions filled (like 1 person in territory).

Since Andy left, a small group will leave just because.

If during the company meeting they announce more cuts are coming, (even small ones) more people will leave because they don't want to take the chance of being layed off.

A random process will be put in place and teams of 3 will be reduced to 2 at same time as some managers will be let go to make a more cost effective managing team.

I don't think Endo should be cut completely but only 2 person pods needed.

I think educators are valuable, but again, leaning out their team maybe necessary in some areas where there are multiple.

Employees are a huge cost to organizations. To get back to growth we have to limit expense while still having a voice. It's the look of prior to 2012 expansion.

Scary but very possible. Again- my opinion and theory. I know nothing.

I just wish they would announce exactly the plan and let people know sooner than later.

OK. Agree. Doogie Houser MD says we're ALL GOOD for 2017. I guess we should just live our lives "5 months at a time"!!!
