Correct! LF loves to run up a tab! Will SW sign off on tens of thousands of dollars worth of alcohol so we could hear about LF bragging to SD how he out spent him at the bar the night before?

Last years meeting was a total shit show. LF was an embbbarasment on stage. At point he said something and you could hear a pindrop afterwards that's how awful/inappropriate it was at the time. I walked away from meeting not understanding the culture of AZ and learning LF is a big cocksucking midget molester.

Wondering what guest speaker will be featured? Can't take anymore of these consultants hired to tell us how to sell. If we can't sell in specialty we shouldn't be in specialty. What a waste of money.

That isn't close to the most uncomfortable and embarrassing meeting moment in AZ history. I have been around long enough to remember some guy named Paul, can't remember his last name, who broke out in a sweat shower on stage. He was wearing a light blue shirt and tan pants and by the end his shirt was dark blue and pants had a brown sweat streak down the back. Nobody in history has ever sweat worse than that. I remember the other leaders on stage looking at him wondering if he was having a heart attack or something.

I remember that too. Someone asked him a simple question and he started sweating until he was soaking wet. I think he disappeared soon after that meeting.

Wasn't that Tilton when Paul Hudson asked him something serious? Like called him out

No, I think this guy's name was Paul but Tilton was on stage too. It was a panel for Q and A and all of the brass was in the front row. The dude literally melted into a pool of his own sweat. You could hear the whispering in the crowd and after a while nobody was listening to anything on stage. We were watching someone's career implode. He wasn't around too long after that.

Looks as if nothing has changed for the better. Just more minions without a clue. In all my years in leadership, I have never witnessed such incompetence, incoherence, and insecurity in those around me. The few with a clue refuse to speak up for fear of retaliation and regression of their IDP.

Wonder how many will be going to this Vegas meeting? Would be nice to know if it'll be any less than originally scheduled, IE restructuring BEFORE the Vegas meeting.

It was funny watching that blue shirt change color starting from the collar and working its way down. Even the back was totally soaked. The guy sitting next to him kept looking over and watching him shake and sweat trying to answer a simple prepared question. The brass in the audience kept looking down at the floor hoping it would stop.

Debbie Downer, negative thinking leads to many health problems like hypertension and depression to name just a couple. Try to look at things differently and retrain your thoughts. It could save your life.

RealisticRonnie, I hear ya. There's not just a whole lot to be positive about at the moment. To many changes in a short time period isn't always a good thing....Teva,Pascal, CVMD leadership changes, SSLT can't stay put. I get it. People want consistency at least for a period. We haven't had that in years. No wonder the direction is always a changin'. Hang in there, though. We're all on the same ride together.
