Amgen won't launch in U.S until JAN 31st 2023 that's a LONG LONG LONG TIME. Plus in the mean time, they'll pay royalties out the wazoo. Sad part is this is just another example of how big pharma exploits the flawed patent system and the weak antitrust enforcement, along with poor drug price regulation to ensure Americans pay out the ass compared to the rest of the world, The devious methods of our industry’s greedy lawyers to circumvent the intent of current regulations is disgusting and we need comprehensive reforms.....But ONLY AFTER I make another $5M.
