Mental Disorders are a critical factor to advance at AZ

It's generally believed that everyone has SOMETHING wrong with them. That there is no such thing as normal. Well I beg to differ. There is nothing wrong with me and I don't have any personal tragedy to draw from. I am likely a little on the introverted side, but I use that characteristic to my advantage to be an observer of people.

In my quiet, observations...AZ has more than it's fair share of people, and more specifically leadership at all levels, who truly have mental disorders. Im not trying to shit on anyone's struggles and make light of it. I've just realized and accepted that the patients actually DO run this asylum we call AZ.

They fly the cuckoos nest. They are cannabalistic. We have Sybils, The Shining, Black Swan, Single White Females, American Psychos, all of it in this place.

All it takes is to look around at your CBDS DSMs and partners who overshare their lives and life stories. Look at the OCD mannerisms. Patterns of grandiose self talk. Kill or be killed attitudes. This place is worse than Lord of the Flies.

When is the U.K. going to arrive on the shore and stop the painted faced naked kids from running around in the US?

 

The truth is there are mental cases at all the companies...sociopaths are often successful and rise to the top by sucking up and being ruthless to those around them...sad fact....look at Trump as an example.

 

LOL. Look at your average rep.

 

We're all dealing with life.

 

I feel that in order to rise above the level of supervisor in any organization, you have to be a functional sociopath.
