was never on his team and recently left the company anyway so by all means believe your little narrative if it helps you. one thing u got right, backorders did skyrocket; but attributing that that one person? the company had 27 manufacturing plants across the globe making product and you think one regional person brought it all to the ground? you're right. his initials were JG, not PC. have fun in your sales meetings

    Whatever you say, Patty.

And if you weren't in S&OP then you didn't see the 1am emails from JG asking about backorders every week. Nor did you see the incompetence displayed when asked rudimentary questions regarding compliance issues. Or forecasting. Or logistics. And we are not talking about 27 plants across the globe either we are talking about the U.S. backorders that drained company during that time.

Next time try taking accountability for your actions. But hey, have fun with your delusions if that is what floats your boat.

You prove that you are out of the loop as it was JG who's response. And you wonder why I live in your troll head. Sad little man you are.

Maybe he's transgender. As for being clueless, well I think that would be in your court. Stock availability was one of JG's objectives and S&OP's main KPI's.

    Have a nice day.

Why would Alcon hire her back?

So she can run S&OP further into the ground.

Surg SnOP was called out as one of the companies top pain-points on MB's last global webcast. At least the previous poster is working hard on those metrics!

IOL backorders have decreased significantly. They should have gotten rid of Patty sooner!

Nah, she is busy running Galderma into the ground like she did at Alcon.
