Hey everyone , just some quick questions. I have a higher up connection within the company who recently asked if I was interested in a job as a pharm rep there , said yes and I submitted my resume. In all honesty how is it working there? 1. Average hours 2. On boarding process 3. Interview tips and things to know 4. Starting salary I'm aware of the benefits and understand how fickle the info is that I get from anyone outside of the managers etc. But just wanted some info from those that are a part of it.
1. 30+ hours per week. 2. Physical, drug screen, benefits signup, contract for vehicle, risk assessment, plus other usual paperwork. 3. Short resume and your mission statement helpful, dress nice, act casual, be on time, ask questions specifically about the job and future growth. 4. ~$90K, plus bonus, plus incentives, plus Cash Profit Sharing.
