Any info on this job would be great. What is the base and commission structure? Company Car? Benefits? What's management like? Thanks in advance

 

Great retirement job! 4 to 5 hour work week total tops! Old fashion company sales meetings uasally in San Diego or Dallas, low expectations great bonus, totally MBO driving. One of my friends have a full time real estate company, management knows all about it and could care less, just a great part time job here!

Don't listen to the real estate asshole. I work hard for this company and many others do here as well. Product for RA and Crohns very good. Don't worry about base. I happen to think we are competitive with base salary. Again, most of us put in a full day to bring value to our customers. My guess the person talking about the other business does not work here. Hey, thank you so much for answering this honestly. I appreciate it very much. I agree that person probably didn't work at this company. If you can, can you tell me what you can make here. I was told base is high 80's plus commission. Around $135000. Is that realistic?

There's an opening here in Madison, WI for Cimzia. I have buy and bill injectable experience but I know how this market can be. Is this company worth the move? How is the culture? How do they treat employees? How is management?

Former employee speaking - The company was under sanction by the FDA for 5 years for off label selling. Culture is still that. They are often looking for new grads with no medical knowledge - think eye candy.
Sexual harassment of reps by male managers is not unusual. Blacks are the preferred race. If you go up against a black candidate who is less qualified, they will get the job. These are facts to be considered before making a move to come here.
