Interesting idea but it will never happen. Management is into the management layers, etc. As for Janssen: it has always been a poor marketing company since the aciphex days. It will be interesting to see what happens as change usually happens in the late fall for the next calendar year.

Do they have a box warning?

No. But they have a new sales aid and message, "switch all your Invokana patients to Farxiga."

Kids as a former Janssen CSO I can tell you Invo has slid to 3 of 3 in class bc of CANVAS. The rest of CSO team will be out by year end. Agree PCP should focus on Xarelto and Invo for any remaining loyalists. I read the Farxiga press release on their CV data and Invo now looks REAL BAD. Good Luck

The only source anyone with a brain needs is the Big Black Box on Invo's package insert in a class full of me-toos. How many MHC plans are gonna keep it preferred? Any? Good luck. You're so screwed.

Wow. The Black Box Warning doesn't give us much wiggle room. Screwed we are!

YES! And perhaps the over 55 complainer group may get that permanent vacation they talk and dream about.

worse than the box warning is the fact that CANVAS didn't result in a new CV indication for Invokana.
It will drop to a distant third in the class. Xa has lost market leadership to a BID NOAC. Janssen is truly the worst sales organization in the industry. They would manage to muck up a cure for cancer.

    Sounded more like another foot.

Good luck pedaling that class effect lie.
