You need to define "big" The right sizing of the sales force will be much less noticeable by way of early retirements, realignments that eliminate overlap territories and expanding the number of products being sold with fewer people selling them to the same targets. This is all going to be done in phases to minimize panic but the reality is that the AZ sales force that exists today will be unrecognizable in 12 months.
