Where is Inside 55? All summer we've been hearing about a possible restructure this fall. First we heard it would take place early fall and we would attend POA's with new teams. Then POA's are pushed back until October and are now just local events. Doesn't really sound like a new structure to me. If this is going down, is Friday's Area Update TC the beginning to the end? What will the big reveal be on that call? Honestly, if something is going on, let's just get it over with. And who will this impact? PC, SP, managers, MTIN/LTC? What is going on with this mess in DCV?

We were notified that meetings have been changed from local meetings to "statewide" meetings

Sanofi's fiscal year runs thru November. They evaluate the year and Always make changes and layoffs in December. If you think that more cuts aren't coming then you need a serious reality check!

So the comment about statewide meetings is interesting. I have not heard that one, but that would make sense if their is a restructuring. As for the last post, I'm not sure we make it thru to the holiday season this year. All the chatter sounds like it may be earlier. That's why I was asking about the call coming up this Friday.

Please! Rather lay us off in October & November than the week before Christmas, that was just cruel. Nothing like a huge blow to your family just in time to celebrate and be happy with loved ones.

Sanofi has been laying people of from Thanksgiving to Dece 25 since Carter was President . It will happen again this year.

You stupid fool, we do not acknowledge Christmas here in France. Furthermore, we don't care about you or your family. We only care about the business you drive so our French families can live well in our plush châteaus. Now get back to work. That's why we pay you high salaries. Pssst, you silly peasant.

realignment yes, layoffs no, specialty reps and pcp reps will report to same abl. They now understand they F'd up last year and are paying the price. Some territories will be tweaked and some districts will change. I'll give you more asap. Ignore the Ahole above.

In human life, if you feel that you have made a mistake, you don’t try to undo the past or the present, but you just accept where you are and work from there.

How can they realign without laying off? What about the managers that are going to lose their districts? Also when you consolidate districts you are also going to lose reps in some instances. I don't see how they realign and don't have to let some people go.

Excellent question. As Judge Judy Schiendling says "if it doesn't make sense, then it must not be true". You are truly astute. Maybe one day you can be a Sanofi ABL.

We have diabetes managers here that have 3-4 people reporting to them. They tried to save as many ABL's as they could last year. It made no sense. Kaplan really fucked things up and were paying
the price now . Diabetes will lose 15 percent of ABL's

Are we also going to lose reps or have enough surrendered already? When is this happening

It would seem almost impossible to not lose some reps. Obviously the employee attrition in certain geographies has accelerated, but in others there have been few defections. If a salesperson is in an area with low turnover and deteriorating results due to PBM exclusion or increases in "no see" offices, then something will have to give. In a world without Lantus exclusivity Sanofi simply does not need as many feet on the street and with an empty near-term pipeline that is not going to change. Have a backup plan in place!

    Surrender? That made me chuckle.

We are all miserable. Company needs to give everyone a week off, get their Shit together and have a solid plan for Q4. Disease state knowledge assessment, forcing countless worthless webcasts, showing us with DCV expectations that you don't trust the Salesforce to act like grown ass adults doesn't motivate anyone! Mass Exodus will and is happening.

Novo getting ready to restructure and lay off a few...if we are lucky Sanofi will do the same. This is not working. Reps do need a week off. I feel like it should be 2019 already. Is it just September? I have been around here awhile and this has been the worst year by far. I couldn't do this again next year if I wanted to. And I don't want to. Sometimes when I am driving around I ask myself if its real..is this really my job? I know there are much worse things happening to other people (Hurricane) so I feel stupid complaining but this is not what I signed on for. If you can get out...run for it. It's over. I am certain our restructure is coming but unlike Novo they don't have the decency to be transparent. If it happens we will find out the day before.
