Pharma is not a real sales job. A real sales job is Work! I was cut from Sanofi after nearly 2 decades. I am working in medical sales now. It is more rewarding if you enjoy the hunt of the sale. If not, remain in your Pharma bubble. In a real sales job what you get, you earn. There is no team, no pod, no cushion. When you actually earn a sale on your own...then make the McDonald's comments. Your irrogance is truly laughable!

Sooooo...was your ignorance laughable when you worked here for 20 years? Really...you worked for Sanofi for 20 years? Amazing. You were laughable for 20 years. You must have been a real sales stud right up to the point when they let you go. So how's it going over at Mc Donalds? Sell any Big Macs today?

Wait until you are cut. You will see for yourself. Pharma is a bubble and not a sales job. I was you for many years. I defended the company and thought I was the bomb. I was just a number to Sanofi, but they did me a favor. I have a sense of accomplishment that I never could truly relish since there are a zillion people promoting a product. It is a sales bubble with a safety net. Take a real sales job and then comment about how awesome you are!
