    I second that! The most inexperienced managers I've ever had. If they kiss or suck enough then the rep gets promoted to manager and goes though "extensive" training at DepoMed University. What a joke.

    Jennifer Zumoff in PA/MD with out a doubt. She treats her reps like they are 3 years old. She needs to be moved to another division or let go.

    Yep, gotta go with Steve Roman too. He is as demotivating as they come. Zumoff a close second. What was Hardiman thinking? Oh I forgot - hire in the mold of himself, a number-crunching accountant.

    Jen Z for sure. She does not know how to lead a team. Only in this for herself and the team is fully aware of her motivation. Look at the turnover in her district during her tenure. Just lost another rep with more to come. Why senior leadership allows this is just sad. Wake up senior leadership.

    Latest news is that not only do we have a new DM for the mid-Atlantic, but at least 1, maybe 2 DMs won't be at the POA meeting in DC in August.

    For the ones that are there, the usual rules apply.

    For the poster bringing a DM's gender into the discussion, please grow up. The comments regarding Jen speak to her leadership capabilities and nothing else. She does little to inspire and motivate the team. She uses negativity, fear, and coaching reports/letters as "motivation". This is not a leader. Some turnover is to be expected, but what has transpired under her tenure says more about her than anything. More will be leaving if things don't change soon.

    Hands down, the worst had to be Kurtae. She never worked and when she did show up she would fall asleep in the car. Never answered calls, texts or emails and didn't know the answer to any question. Another idiot promoted. Well done for at least taking her out of a leadership role but how is her lazy ass still employed here? Someone please answer that!

    "Writing notes" about customers takes the crown as the worst. He brings on reps with successful backgrounds, manages them like they are day one in the industry.

    We all know why she is still employed. I heard thru a friend that talks to Jessica that Jessica is trying to get rid of her any way she can. Jessica blabbing about back expense reports due and compliance issues. Not sure which one is worse. Lazy and dumb or HR nightmare blabbing private stuff. Thank God I don't work in the North region.

    I know this one. You would think that the coaching he received would have paid off by now, but he keeps with the same awful habits!! Wake up and change how you manage, before you lose MORE reps!!!

    Are any RD's listening?

    The manager requiring his reps to write notes and keep written info like this is putting depomed in danger with all the lawsuits especially with a government investigation! Not smart.
