Real Life Soap Opera

    ConvaTec is a joke! Still don't know Territory alignment, numbers are bogus, doesn't matter how hard you work your manager will fix numbers to make his favorite win top 10. Managers are weak, anything but motivators. The only people left here are ones who are waiting out retirement or too scared to move on. We have VP's demoted and still here, we have TM's who came into the company in Alternate site division and did well due to corporate accounts acquiring LTC chains thus making mediocre reps club diamond who didn't do a thing to earn it and hasn't done a thing since and are still being promoted as great reps! We have managers sleeping with their TM's and then can't do the right thing when something goes aray because now they can't get involved in fear of having a sexual harassment suit brought against them. We have reps who constantly get their numbers fixed one has to ask they can't be that great of a rep if they always need their numbers fixed. Don't apply at this company the ones left here with any morals and values are desperately looking for new jobs to get the hell Out!

    It's obvious this post is created by a lazy ass who can't find another job and will never be part of the solution at any company. Must feel good to be so much smarter than so many people!? I actually think I have a GREAT manager and I like what this company has done to help thousands of patients. If you are not happy......Leave!

    Maybe you do have a great boss. That has nothing to do with whether or not ConvaTec is a real life soap opera, which it is. And it definitely doesn't mean that what is alleged is not happening, because it is. What your overly defensive attack on the post says to me is that you probably already know that, too, because either you are responsible for or are enabling this behavior.

    Telling people to quit their jobs after you totally misrepresent the hiring position and work environment and continually move the goal posts is what people like you do. Why does ConvaTec management feel the need to get on this blog anyway? Don't you have enough to do thinking up evil crap ways to screw people and make yourself look great? Don't worry, the good people will leave eventually. Hope you enjoyed ruining people's lives for a while. People like you will stay to ensure the perpetuity of the sheet show whilst you wrap yourself in "I'm helping people." Remember this, jackass, it isn't you helping the patients. It's all the 20th century products that you had nothing to do with. Nothing. Dope.

    The above thread is absolutely true! This really did happen! What's amazing is that the players are still here. The demoted VP knew all along the rep was states away from her territory but he couldn't report it because he had slept with her. The manager had a fling with her also and was so in awe of her he couldn't see straight. Sad situation for the other reps who were really doing their job the right way and they got hit with the shrapnel!

    Why are you surprised? HR in is totally corrupt- much of this will eventually rise to the surface. Sooooo many lawsuits many of which have been quietly settled with more to come . Add to that that Convatec lowered its standards and has been hiring reps and other unqualified friends and family without degrees. This is just the surface.
