Average PCP base pay?

    What is the average base pay for PCP reps with over 5 years experience?

    45k. Pod system sharing products with 3-5 other reps

    well....a few variables...what is yourcstarting base and how successful are you in those 5 years.
    Success is pure luck. You have to sell 4-5 products weighted at about 25% each in a pod and most likely cross over between 7-10 other reps in some capacity.
    If you start at $55k base then maybe $63k is you perform well

    45-55 sounds extremely low? I started at 55 when started In pharma 9 years ago...

    i haven't heard of anyone starting at 45k.
    The company considers this position entry level. $55k is starting base with no experience & $60k if you have experience.
    Very low base pay. You can get more in hospice sales, etc

    These comments on here are total bullshit! I got hired in March, 2016. ZERO Pharma sales experience! ZERO, base was $75K and I have been making minimum $20K on yearly bonus!

    Don't listen to these ass clowns on here!
