I don't know where he went but I know where he left, HELL. So where ever he is now it has to be a better place.

Sarah, also known as The Queen of Hearts, backstabbed Kelly and Tim in order to bring two lesser threats to her career over to CVMD. Left too many claw marks in them on her way to the top.

There are a lot of Sarahs in AZ leadership. This is how you succeed and survive in this caustic and corrupt culture. She is not unique by any measure.

AZ likes to preach diversity and open mindedness but it is and always has been all talk. The truth is that it is easier to survive and attack you opponent if you are a woman and a minority but they will never let minorities reach a position of true power. It is not the European way. All horse and no cattle. That is AZ.

Tim was one of the few people in leadership that I was not embarrassed to introduce to my customers. He actually understood them and their work. Who else would you leave alone in a room with your best customer? Paul S., Mike, Sarah, Sean? Please, this issue alone should have been a flag for Pascal. When you root out all the decisionmakers who are worth their salt, what exactly are you left with? People just throwing darts at a board. As a famous rabbit once said, "that's all folks!"

True. I know Tim very well and he could sell as well as manage his people.

I liked Tim, he was a good guy. I've seen SW and Pau S with customers, both were awesome.

He was nice to people who he was not threatened by. Super weird for a leader he has very little charisma and if he sensed you had some ....watch out. He would make you feel comfortable and then target you.

Standard operating procedure for AZ leadership. Don't trust anyone particular someone who smiles and compliments you. They will be the first to attack you behind your back.

This is so true. The biggest backstabber in our District is also the first to suck up to a new DSM. She flashes that phony smile and gushes with compliments. The rest of us have seen this act before and are actively trying to get her fired for not working. It is common knowledge.

    Key to success

Think higher of yourself than you are capable of achieving and brag more about what you are actually contributing.
