Tim was one of the few people in leadership that I was not embarrassed to introduce to my customers. He actually understood them and their work. He was nice to people who he was not threatened by. Super weird for a leader he has very little charisma and if he sensed you had some ....watch out. He would make you feel comfortable and then target you.

This is so true. The biggest backstabber in our District is also the first to suck up to a new DSM. She flashes that phony smile and gushes with compliments. The rest of us have seen this act before and are actively trying to get her fired for not working. It is common knowledge.
Key to success Think higher of yourself than you are capable of achieving and brag more about what you are actually contributing.
