J.B. is still there - now the sales officer (again) after Bert C. retired. I hear they are still struggling financially - at least not making their budgets. Bigger division - same mess.
J.B. has yet to do anything meaningful. Very poor communicator and has his head so far up Bob's ass that he might as well work for the operations side of the business.
“Struggling” is an understatement. Bob has no clue how to run a business and Jon is a yes-man so he only perpetuates the problem. Honestly you get better service at the DMV than what Labcorp offers due to the staffing levels Bob and Jon have us work with. PSC’s are understaffed. Labs are understaffed. Poor service at PSC’s and even worse TAT’s. It is a matter to time that Gary sees the poor results of these asshats.
Trust me Gary is fully aware of the Mid America division AND has done nothing. So let this be a lesson that no one cares to make this place better.
I am not sure he does still work here. Never responds to calls, never responds to emails and has not been on a jeopardy call in weeks!!
