MT stocked the board with his cronies, and did the same with his exec team. Those brown nosers turned around and did the same thing. Everyone of them focused only on surviving.

They buy companies tgat are thriving and then immediately destroy them via incompetent meddling. Dr G, what happened to "we want to be me more like you"?

MT now angling for the golden cord cut,

Nice for MT that company offers him an option when its employees putting sales on the board aren't offered same treatment as a golden parachute. As they say, Karma is truly a BITCH!

Then better to get rid of MT at the earliest before he takes this company to the gutters...

Honestly, he's no worse than any VP, NSM, or RBD here. Their all incompetent! Never worked for a company like this where they are ALL the same. Sorry folks but is true!

the earnings will tank next quarter because Caremark won't approve anything. This is about 80% of the business in the Northeast

The percentage of cases being paid is now 40% and dropping fast.

I just hope that patients can still access free drug as that's the only good part of this job. As much as people criticize acthar and call it snake oil, it sometimes works and has changed neph patients lives in my territory. That's what makes me feel good about my daily life, I can almost always get drug to patient. The snake oil is too expensive, but when it works......I have Docs smile when they talk about changed patient lives. Drop the price, work with payers, change the process and hope to make it up in volume. MT doesn't have the balls to make the needed changes. Sticking with status quo is

Soon the paid percentage will be 30%. When MNK bought QCOR, I think the paid percentage was 72%.

Management bet the farm on the QCOR acquisition. They forced a deal model that was impossible to support to get the deal done and now are prisoner to it and can not drop price otherwise they will have to write off an enormous amount of goodwill...they did this as well with Cadence...

"SOMETIMES IT WORKS"? At 1M per year, it shouldn't be "sometimes" it works! OMG, when is Medicare going to wake up and not pay for this drug anymore! "Sometimes it works"

Dropping the price isn't an option the board of directors and share holders would sue the hell out of them

We would sell way more at a lower price and our stock could finally recover because we would be in a more stable situation. Why would shareholders sue? We want the stock to recover.

Even if they cut the price in 1/2 payers still wouldn't pay. They didn't pay at 25k they won't pay period. As far as the shareholders well because they would miss their projections and it would be less viable.
