    Topic says it all. I don’t know what to say anymore. The ELT should be ashamed of themselves. I for one will be leaving by the end of the month, I wish my colleagues the best. Some of the most respected guys in Wilmington have abdanoded ship recently (EK for e.g). Good luck to you all.

    I miss Eric, the fact that he joined Pat Walsh shows just how bad things have become.....the choice was the lesser of two a-holes. PW or SK. Planning to leave myself very shortly.

    All of you suckers need to get the hell out. The three amigos don't care about you. They screwed everyone on their bonuses and pocketed the money. The place is a dump and there is no career advancement. The place is being set up for sale. The Genuises are set up with the Golden Parachute. Real managers reward hard work but slim balls just fuck you over and over again.

    All of you can just blame yourself for the abuse and those who stay are just complacent and don't any balls.

    Go tell the PHARMA BROS go FUCK YOURSELF.

    Things just keep getting better and better.

    Our Qwality improves every day, I sure do miss Brian D. Guess he would not falsify documents fast enough and got canned. He is a VP of quality at Noramco. At least BD was reasonable what we have now is a total D*%$ Head.

    Kwality is sinking into deep shit as the push for meeting zee numbers continues. ELT cares not a whit for managing anything other than their own needs. Onvord!

    We can't spell qwality without you! Day to day quality depends on the people doing the work, QC/QA can only check what has been done. If quality sucks then it is because we suck. Too many poorly trained newbies who have lousy supervisors and horrible management, bake all of that together and you have a crap pie that we serve to our customers. High turn over, poor retention of skilled people has resulted in a bottom feeding commoditized company that is a shadow of what it was. Money is the only consideration, that makes for an unsafe and low quality work place.

    Leaving soon, too, hopefully by the end of January/mid February. Funny, you talk to recruiters and even they diss Alcami.
    The ELT will never be ashamed, nor feel shame. For that to happen they would have to have some measure of self respect/self awareness. They have no problem with running and ruining people, all in the name of profit.

    Ha! Fucking HR is subcontracted the Mr. Clean's friends. That is so smart, and look at the money you save! Even when you don't fill the openings you just kick the dogs harder and hope stuff gets done, all the time saving the cost of those salaries!

    HR recruiting is like paddling against the tide with a wooden spoon. Keep making it look like you're doing something.

    Brian D was a good guy... that's why he's not there anymore. Same with attorney Scott W (one of the finest men you'll ever meet), Katie S (she was phenomena and truly cared about her people), Eric K (wonderful fellow), Brad C (too bad he got stuck being TD's whipping-boy), Lisa L (let-go her day back from maternity, that's classy) and too many others to count.

    Who took over Quality after Brian D?

    Carson S., essentially a used car salesman from Lonza who knows enough professional lingo to make it seem like he knows what is going on. Maybe doesn't realize what a fool he appears to be, probably wouldn't care anyway. Still can't hold people in quality.

    Ancient history but Chris S was head of quality before Brian D. He was ex-FDA and unlike commander salamander, and so many other heads of "qwality", Chris knew his stuff. Untold numbers of good people have come and gone from allclammy in it's many lives. Too bad the retention is so low now,; that is totally due to the CRAP ELT. It makes it really tough to run the business with marginal management and newbies on the bench. In the competitive hiring market we have today there is no hope of getting anyone who can put out this dumpster fire.

    As my pops used to say "you can't shine a turd".

    "Marginal management"? Too much credit for these children. These idiots have no clue how to manage a business except to the detriment of peoples' efforts.
    They are having a heckuva time retaining anyone, much less in koowality.
