I also have no degree I used my brothers info and they never caught it yet. Been here a long time and wont ever get caught. I do have a technical degree in another field but it wasn't sufficient to get hired.
I got well over 100K. But beware. This company over promises. Stay where you are. No matter your situation it's better than coming here. The legacy reps can do no wrong and the new reps "need to be retrained". And let's be honest the leaders do not know how to deal with stress or bad numbers. Their true colors have begun to show to all of us over several states. Your true colors will show when things are bad and they are are. It good at dealing with it.
