    Is Regeneron a good company to join? How is the pay and the culture?

    Don't do it! This place is a hell hole. Eylea continues to pay all of the bills. The other drugs stink and the leadership is even worse. People are miserable.

    The culture is toxic and dysfunctional. People hate it here. The VP of Commercial is a crazy drama drunk, the Hillbilly VP of Sales hired all of his ass buddies from GSK and is dragging out his retirement forever. The icing on the cake is Len who despises commercial people. This is a cheap company.

    dont pay attention to the nay Sayers. Your best bet is to join ophthalmology or dermatology. Life is frustrating in cv, bonus is decreasing, no contest points, limited promotion opportunity. Rheumatology is moving so slowly, I like the company. I like the research. I like that he potential future at Regeneron.

    Yeah, you're right the culture is wonderful. You must be on crack. People from Ophthalmology are leaving. Rheumatology is being run by Ricky Ricardo. Dupixent is probably the best place to be and you deal with Sanofi bullshit.

    still fairly new to company in CV group.. Very, very frustrating. Almost impossible to get things moving with damaged initial launch and now pending lawsuit. Even if we win, its still a black cloud over us it seems. A great outcome study might change things. There is a ton of pressure and you feel it with field visits, constant teleconference calls, and the nit-picking of admin things. Maybe another division would be different, but at least for the CV group, things are difficult.

    Derm sucks too! My Sanofi partner is a total tool and so is her crazy DM. We are micro-managed and MJ is on crack.

    BTW, The feds are on to you. If you don't quit illegally monitoring communication, I will personally file charges against each individual security employee at REGN. Nice, hope those pay and BJs worth you violating federal law. DVP will make it up to your wives. LOL.

    Shit load of FAS, Sales, and Patient Services people either just left or seriously looking at other opportunities outside of the company. The commercial culture is toxic, dysfunctional, and the senior leadership are pathetic big pharma people who are disconnected from reality. Add to that the mess of working with mirrored counterparts from Sanofi it's a a complete shit show. Bob T and DR are out of touch and could care less if people leave. They have convinced their arrogant selves that this place is an attractive environment and they are quite literally the only people in the organization who think our culture is great because they don't give a fuck. Even that dumb fuck MJ reads from a TelePrompTer when speaking ingenuioisly about how fabulous the culture is here. Did this dude have to present when he interviewed? His platform skills are a brutal. Best thing this place could do is send DR packing, retire Bob T and get some real leadership in here to clean house. All stems from a CEO who despises commercial and the trickle down is obvious.
