As far at the etc.s.... no worries, you will have an Amex Black card for all of the etc.s you could ever need or want. Seriously..... IF MDT is even the slightest bit serious in hiring you will know all of those answers.

Check Glassdoor.com, it's pretty accurate. It says the average base salary is around the mid 80's, obviously depends on your experience and demographics of the territory. I'm pretty sure the commission is 17k. Car allowance, laptop and iPad. The car allowance includes gas--you have to put in your mileage. Hope it helps, don't let the internet jerks get to you.
